Your ballooning adventure begins 1 1/2 hours before dawn, in the still of the morning when the day is fresh and cool and the winds are gentle. The balloon is inflated as the sun lights up the rugged MacDonnell Ranges. While floating gently in the air you will appreciate the vast remoteness, scenery and wildlife of the Australian Outback. Wildlife, particularly big red kangaroo, are seen nearly every day as your balloon crosses spinifex grasses, mulga scrub and cattle stations.
