States & Territories:Half Day Tour: See the magnificent show of changing colour as the sun’s first rays strike Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Rise early and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you witness Uluru (Ayers Rock) at sunrise. See the magnificent show of colour as the sun's first rays strike the mighty monolith. After the sun has risen you will be transferred to the base of the Uluru Climb. As you make the strenuous, though exhilarating climb, take in the magnificent desert plains at sunrise. Once at the summit, enjoy unhindered 360-degree views of this vast desertscape. From here, see Kata Tjuta (Olgas), a cluster of 36 massive domes with twisted gorges and valleys running between them. Visit the Cultural Centre and stop by Maruku Arts and Craft Cooperative, where you may see Aboriginal artists at work. Note: Anangu, Traditional Owners, would prefer that visitors choose not to climb Uluru. The climb may be closed without notice due to weather or cultural reasons. No refunds will be given in this situation. Half Day. Depart: 60 mins prior to sunrise.
