I have never been in such a well designed city as Adelaide. Nowhere else is the importance of history and art to South Australians so abundantly clear as along Adelaide’s North Terrace. Along this stately tree lined boulevard stands the museum and art gallery, two grand buildings themselves masterpieces of l9th century architecture. All the museums and galleries are on one street, and its easy to walk from one to the other. They have a wonderful Aborginal exhibit and the South Australian Museum houses the most extensive collection in the world.

The Art Gallery has the largest collection of Rodin sculptures in the southern hemisphere.

You could spend a day wandering around these two wonderful places.
