This National Park is one of my favorites and a stay at the Lodge is a must.    This is a unique wilderness experience set right on the edge of the spectacular world heritage listed Cradle Mountain/Lake St. Clair National ark.     Glacier lakes and wonderful scenery.

You will see animals and plant varieties not found anywhere else on earth.   Excellent place for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, horseback ridging and many other activities.

The lodge has individual little cabins, with  fireplace, and you walk into the main lodge for meals.

Tasmanian Devils

If you stay at the lodge, take their evening tours by 4-wheel drive with a guide who holds a searchlight out of the window and you see hundreds of Tassie Devils just walking around the property.    Great experience.
