Jump on a ferry and enjoy a great day on Rottnest Island exploring its many unique features including its famous Quokka population. Quokkas are native wallabies found only on the island and many are tame and friendly. The Aussies call the island “Rotto”.

Rottnest is a small limestone island, about 9 miles long and 3 miles wide. The island has five salt lakes and lovely bays for swimming, surfing and water sports. Snorkeling is equal that of Queensland’s Great Barrier Reef.

There are no cars on the island. You can hike a bicycle for the day There are two ferries over in the morning.
